Section 01

Introduction and Definitions

bd21 ("Platform", "we", "our") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to any person ("User", "you") who uses the Platform.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

Each individual may create only one account. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being cancelled and the balance being forfeited.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bd21 will never ask for your password.

3.3 Account Verification

Account verification is a routine process. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required when deposit and withdrawal amounts exceed certain limits. Transactions may be held if the required documents are not submitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd21 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods and the related conditions are listed below:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• If deposit details are incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled and the refund may be delayed.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit (where applicable).
• bd21 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for review in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bd21 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific conditions apply to these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses apply only once and to one account per household or device.
• Some games played with bonus funds may not contribute toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time if the promotion's terms prohibit it.

VIP Program and Cashback

The bd21 VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP tier cashback is calculated each week and credited to the account within a set timeframe. bd21's decision on cashback amounts earned or any changes to them is final.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd21 and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using false information or a fake identity to obtain bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or selling or transferring an account.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets in collusion with other players.

If fraud is suspected, bd21 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and initiate an investigation. The balance will be frozen and no transactions will be permitted during the investigation.

• The outcome of any game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and verifiable.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the bets for that round will be refunded.
